This programme is designed to give you an insiders experience of how Mendoza`s traditional ingredients can be combined with some of the most highly rated wines in the world to produce what can only be described as culinary heaven! The day is hosted by a local chef whom you will accompany in the morning to the central market to assist him with the selection of local fruits, vegetables and meats that you will later be preparing for lunch. The class is hands on and takes place in log cabins on the bank of the Mendoza river.
Dessert will consist of 4 boutique or alta gama wines paired with 4 boutique handmade chocolates. Our certified chocolatier will talk to you about the basics of how to taste both wine and chocolate as well as the basics in how to pair the two together.
