3-days Estanica

(Preparing the horses).

Day 1: Wine & Mountain
En-route to your estancia we will stop at two wineries in the wine region of Lujan de Cuyo. This region is considered the very home of Malbec, particularly the sub-regions of Agrelo and Perdriel, where the cost of land directly translates to the quality of the grapes. These two sub-regions epitomize “Terroir” made for the Malbec grape.
Arrive at Estancia La Alejandra early evening, where you will spend the next two nights.

Day 2: Traditional cooking class
Today is all about tasting and experimenting traditional Argentine cuisine.  You will learn how to prepare an Asado out side on teh parillada and help perpare empanadas in the mud oven.

Day 3: Time to work!
An early rise today, as you will be taught all the secrets for handling the ciolla saddles & reins.  After lunch you will put your everything you learnt to use and "Saddle-up" to explore the surrounding Estanica.
At sunset you will say adios to your hosts and begin your return to Mendoza.
